Raising an All American Assistance Dogs puppy is truly a labor of love and involves a tremendous commitment — of time, labor and your heart. This offering to one of our nation’s Veterans would be priceless. It is difficult to express what a service dog means to his/her partner, and what your contribution to that person’s life would be.  If you have ever had a dog of your own, you know the special bond you achieve with a beloved pet.  Imagine if that dog was your lifeline as well as your companion!  Your gift of puppy-raising could make that happen for one of our heroes. In order for All American Assistance Dogs to provide service dogs to veterans with PTSD or traumatic brain injuries, we need someone like you with the dedication and love to raise the puppy and train it in the basics.

From which countries I can get these medicines?

What is a minimum expiry date of medicine that I can get?

The minimum expiry date of delivered medicine won’t be less than 6-12 months which is in accordance with our standards and working policy. If you need medicine with a better or longer expiry date, you can specify this requirement by contacting our customer service.

How long I have to wait for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for receiving your medicine is approximately 10 to 14 business days. Please, take into account that due to some technical circumstances the delivery time may take 30 business days maximum. One of the reason is that the delivery has to pass a custom control, which can be prolonged especially because of the large number of packages, customs protocols or changed flight schedules.

How can I track my order?

You can track the order if you have a tracking number provided by the logistic company. If you do not have a tracking number, it is still possible to track your order, but it also depends on the company. You can always ask our Customer service for the name of the logistic service when placing the order.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

Yes, you can cancel the order only in case your order has not been dispatched. In that situation, we will refund your money and you will be charged only for the cancellation fee. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped by us. In some cases, this can happen within 12 hours after the order has been placed.

What should I do if I receive the wrong dosage of a medicine?

In this case, it is very important to contact us immediately. We will send you a corrected dose of the medicine. • I completed the order, but I did not receive a confirmation by email. Why? The confirmation email that you have successfully completed the order will arrive automatically in a few seconds. If you did not receive a confirmation mail it may be due to the following reasons: – if do not receive notification emails from the site please check in your mail in Spam or Junk mailbox. – if you find in the confirmation in a Spam or Junk mailbox, try to find the „ Mark as good“ option or „Add a sender to white- list“. In this way, you will prevent the emails from our site from appearing in Spam or Junk mailbox in the future.

What if an incorrect email address has been entered?

One of the reasons why you do not receive an email notification may be an invalid email address you entered when registering or creating an order. If you have registered with an incorrect email address you will have to repeat the registration process.

Although you used your online payment card before, it is possible that your bank uses Mastercard Security code and Verified by Visa protocols, which most often means that you have to use it for the other transactions. The main advantages of using MasterCard Security code and Verified by Visa for online payments are that the user has control over unauthorized use of the card. Transmission of sensitive data is done between the Bank and the user so that all payments are done with the passcode or secure code that only card user knows. – You do not have enough funds on your card. In that case, the system will refuse a transaction.
